Cate Crowley and several recent graduates of the Teachers College Columbia University speech-language pathology program created and presented this poster at the ASHA convention in Chicago, 2013. This is one of a set of two posters discussing issues related to using the PLS-5 in assessment and evaluation of language impairment in children. It highlights items biased agains culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) children and identifies items with less bias.
