We are happy to provide these Guidelines for Analysis sheets that accompany the School-age Language Assessment & Measures (SLAM) original materials and the SLAM BOOM! materials.

These Guideline sheets are meant to support your note-taking while conducting a SLAM language elicitation and ultimately help you provide a richer language analysis in your evaluations.

A note on downloading and printing the Guidelines for Analysis:

  • You can print and use these for free
  • When you download the form, you will see that there are text entry boxes and dropdown boxes for points
  • For printing purposes, if you have entered text it will print, but the POINTS WILL NOT print, so you can either type them in the textbox or add them manually after you have printed
  • If you do use the dropdown boxes for the points and save the file, it will retain the value you selected
